These hadiths have contradictory exoteric meanings. Hence, this research took care of reconciling these hadiths through analyzing it and criticizing some concepts to reconcile it. The purpose of this research was to confirm that the Islamic Sharia settled the mundane matters without ignoring moral matters and treated strict stinginess with some people concerning financial matters according to the prophetic approach. The most important results of the research include that al-Kayl and al-Ihsaa’ are admissible particularly in sale and purchase, hence, blessing is accompanied therewith and they shall be admissible in case of enhancing living management and undesirable for testing, miserliness or affectation, also when giving charity.
