Abstract:
This research dealt with an important matter which is the “Rules Regarding the Violation of Child’s Rights in the Islamic Jurisprudence” this research has been divided into an introduction, three topics and conclusion.
The research started with the definition of the child and indicated the meaning of violation and what is meant by child rights.
Then indicated the causes resulted in the emergence of the phenomenon of violating the rights of the child in the contemporary reality and its social effects.
Violating the rights of the child has many shapes, rules of the most common shapes were investigated, i.e. physical insult, children sale, trading children, children labor, moral offences and violating their rights during wars and disputes.
To reduce the effects of the violation and prevent it, the role of the state and individual in protecting the children was clearly announced. The researcher reached that sanctity of Muslim Children are similar to those of Muslim elders. Their weakness doesn’t mean they are without rights, as Islam set their right and prevent violation of such rights.
