Abstract:
The Sukuk (bonds) which are considered important tools in Islamic economics, have greatly spread among the institutions and the countries. They are divided into many kinds; the most important are: The sharing Sukuk (bonds) which depend on collecting money and pumping it into many projects and appointing one of the parties, both of the participants in the instruments (bonds) or others to manage these instruments. Although these instruments(bonds) took interest in the theoretical side, the practical side has some shortcomings. That turned out so clearly in the global financial crisis, as some instruments (bonds) failed to pay their dues; which made us examine the reasons for this faltering and how to avoid it in the future. The study of Sukuk issues through practical cases helps a lot to understand them and remove their obstacles and the applied side of the instruments (bonds) is required by States; to implement development plans through the use of the idle resources that can be utilized by the instruments(bonds) involved.
