This research aims at writing the original truth for context sign not from theoretical definition but through concentration on bringing out of the executive way that should be taken through guidance by sign . So , concentration on mental need in context as it is the moral way depended on to guide by .
The research handled the nature of mental need in a sign to content together with Giving out its original characterises and its effect on the extent of the strength of the sign morally compared with other signs showing the way of the real relation in mental need between the text sign and the meaning of the sign in addition to discovering the original way of Abu hanifah in explaining the concept of the end and the exception of mental need of sign .
