The research aims at estimating the ability in using equations Fiqh through his book compilation of Fatwas. The research was formed from an introduction, approach three topics and end. I handled in the approach : Fiqh equations and Shiekh of Islam attitude from equations Fiqh theoretically.
First topic : Equating between interest and interest. I discussed issues such like : leave of personal interest for the sake of public interest and doing the most useful interest and substituting one interest with another because its benefit was missed and prefer the more suitable interest in time and place.
Second topic : Equating between one cause of corruption and another. I discussed it in issues like : pushing back greater corruption to push back permanent evil or corruption. The third topic : Equating benefit and corruption I discussed issues like equality between interest and corruption and overweight of interest on corruption.
End : I pointed out that I found Ibn Taimeiah the Skeikh of Islam through reading his Fatwas book which reflects a lively heart and illustrious mind that weighs between occurrences of an illuminating politician and exerting personality. A great scholar in both Fiqh and Osool. I imagined a man born centuries in advance of his real birth time. I did not feel that he was one of eighth Hejra century scientist. I discovered that he used Fiqh of equation in an excellent way showing his great genius and wide readings of Fiqh scholars. He is distinguished for his awareness of circumstances round him. He did not even try to please others or change his convictions of fear nor of flattery. The reader will find details through his reading of the research.
