Praise be to Allah, peace and blessings be on the Messenger of Allah, relatives and all companions. The most important intentions of Shariah is to preserve self, blood, reputation, possessions, money, security and rights of neighbors living in a multi-national society of different racial, religious beliefs and ways of living provided that Muslims keep their beliefs pure and the unity of God fixedly established. Despite of this fact, people in general are divided into two divisions. One party are wholly dedicated to infidels in love, respect and support leaving the Shariah of Allah aside, far from rule of peoples affairs. They even accuse Shariah of shortage and frigidity. The other party are too narrow minded, fanatic and intolerant, hating all non-Muslims in a way that they see killing is a simple thing of their enemies which may lead to disturbance and insecurity. There is a small party between these two extremes a people in the midway who were not active enough to show their method in dealing with present day issues in the light of the midway view to problems and attitudes. Owing to the relation of this view to the concept of loyalty and unloyalty (Wala and Bara). It is a great concept in Muslim mentality. It is as great as this Muslims lofty belief. In this research I tried to show the proper way to deal with non-Muslims through the real Prophets way in dealing with people holding other non-Muslim beliefs and religions.

I have focused in this study on limits and boundaries which non Muslims can enter and others which they are prohibited to pass into. I did this to make everything open and clear-for judgment. I did my study with reference to authentic Hadiths which mentioned
