Muslims Waqf on non-Muslims

Its Rules and effects on Western Countries

This research deals with a study of Muslims Waqf on non-Muslims its Rules and   effects on western countries through showing intentions of Waqf in Islamic legislation. It also shows tolerance of Islam with non-Muslims and its mercy on them. It then shows divisions of non-Muslims and segments of protected and non-protected non-Muslims.

The researcher dealt with protected and non-protected non-Muslims – defined  and undefined – relatives and non – relatives. Then Waqf on deserter of Islam and enemies who fight Muslims, defined and undefined. Then the Waqf on non – Muslims who enter into  treaty with Muslims. He followed that with Waqf on non – Muslims temples and worship places like churches and chapels whether Waqf was on the place or the people practicing their worship rites on them. Then he showed the importance of Waqf in western countries for Muslims or non – Muslims. I finished the research by showing the effect of Muslims Waqf on a non – Muslim and how it attracts non – Muslims to embrace Islam and to like Muslims. The conclusion contained the most important results reached through the research and the indices.
