Reasons for forbidding selling the sold goods before getting the prices in cash

This is an abstract of the Fiqh research titled “Reasons for forbidding selling the sold goods before getting their price in cash”. I dealt with a very important case of Fiqh Issue of today`s and past time cases. The research is an introduction and two topics:

The introduction included a definition of the reason from both lexical point of view as well as a term.

I showed the best definition  of the reason, “It is an apparent, controlled description that evidence showed it is worthy of judgment”.

 

I made a research of selling the sold object before getting its price in cash. I concluded that selling the sold object before  getting its price in cash is strictly forbidden whether the sold object was food or other material. I depended on eight evidences after reviewing scholars` opinions and discussing their evidences. I concluded that there are ten reasons which range far or near the evidence, they are as follows:
