The research deals with one of the issues that people need in their life in our times. The issue is namely , the fulfillment of  vows of Allah and the effect of death on them according to Islamic comparative Fiqh. It is related to delegation or persons doing vows on his behalf  of a  dead Muslim . Vowed worship is like a debt that should be paid after the death of the indebted.

This vowed worship must be done by the inheritor or the dead person’s representative according to details from Fiqh scholars each kind of worship has a different judgement.

The research showed the meaning  of“vows” idiomatically as self-commitment by the free choice of a person which is not originally imposed on him. The Fiqh scholars are agreed on permissibility of vows in general together with obligatory execution of vows in case it is done in the satisfaction of Allah, during a vower’s life- time.

The research reached to the point of giving option to the dead person’s trustee to perform obligatory prayers or just to give money as charity for the poor if he left money or the trustee may redeem an unfulfilled oath .the cost must be taken from the dead person s inherited money obligatorily.

Vowed fasting may be redeemed on behalf of the dead person by the trustee but it is done voluntarily.
