Opposing and Weighing between public interests and corruptions and attitude of Fundamentalists:

Fundamentalist intention comparative study showing the right method in weighing between public interests and corruption in Islamic Shari’ah

Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and peace and blessings of Allah be upon the most honorable of prophets and Messengers our Prophet  Mohamed , all relatives and companions.

 

This is an abstract  of a research titled “ opposing and weighing between public interests and corruptions and fundamentalists attitude from it”.

The research includes a preface, an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion; in the introduction I  showed the importance of the subject and the reasons for being chosen. The case of opposing and weighing is an accurate balance to control rules and  degrees of evidences ,particularly in the part dealing with public interests and corruptions and their degrees and comparison between them.

The preface gives a definition of opposing and weighing, public interests and corruptions and shows the place of these cases and importance of comparing  them.

In the first chapter:You will find  shari’ah basics of comparisons in opposing of interests and corruptions of methods of weighing between themselves on light of shari’ah controls of viewing the qualification of the person taking the responsibility of the task of weighing , the “Mujtahid” and take in consideration the arrangement of interests and corruptions according to their importance, effectiveness and conclusion.

The second chapter contains a preface paving the way of opposing between interests end fundamentals  by reviewing their grades. The same is done to corruptions different and equal. Then I talked about  looking into differing interests and corruptions and those interests and corruptions  being equal.
