Teachers Perception of the roles of school principal and Educational supervisor in Encouraging Teachers use of creativity promoting styles with Pupils

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between female teachers use of creativity promoting styles with pupils of basic elementary level (stages 1-3). The sample consists of 269 female teachers. Results show that the role of school principal is lightly related to flexibility in teaching and traditional teaching, whereas the role of educational supervisor is more related to flexibility in teaching, traditional teaching, open teaching, and type of class activities, Both independent variables (role of school principal and role of educational supervisor) prove significantly predicting overall styles used by teachers. The role of educational supervisor is more significant.
