Supervisors Skills as perceived by Primary School Teachers in Al-Ahsaa Educational Zone

The purpose of this study was to identify the supervisors skills as perceived by primary school teachers in Al-Ahsaa district in Saudi Arabia. The data were gathered by an instrument developed by the researcher. The data were analyzed in relation to the following hyptheses:

1 - There is a statistically significant difference between male and female teachers regarding the supervisors skills.

2 - There is a statistically singnificant effect of teachers educational level variable regarding the supervisors skills.

3 - There is a statistically significant effect of the teachers teaching experience regarding the supervisors skills.

4 - There is a statistically significant effect of the school size variable regarding the supervisors skills.

The researcher used an appropriate statistical technique. The results indicated that the male and female teachers place a greater emphasis on the human skills. The demographic factors were also investigated. Both male and female teachers perception of supervisors skills were varied according to the demographic factors of the study sample based on the findings of the study. The researcher recommends that the supervisors skills should be improved through designed training program.
