The Relationship between the Applied workshop and the performance of the Kindergarten Student Teacher in the State of kuwait

This study aims to examine two methods in the training programme at the kindergarten level. The firse one relies on the traditional approach, which depends on mere supervision, either in the classroom or after each session. The second method focuses on the applied work experiences as a treatment on the time of the training sessions.
The major questions are:
1 - Is there a relationship between attending the applied workshop and the improvement of the student teacher performance?
2 - To what extent is the student teacher performance affected by the system followed at the training programme in this study?
3 - To what extent does the applied workshop help to improve the student teacher performance at the kindergarten?
4 - Are there any differences between the groups performance in this study?
Results indicate some differences. These results have been analysed and discussed. Recommendations are cited at the end.
