Post Graduate Students views of the teaching Performance of Umm Al-Qura University faculty members

The study aimed at identifying the teaching performance of Umm Al Qura University faculty members as perceived by post graduate female students. The sample consisted of (298) female students in the M.A. Programme at six colleges, (Education, Social Science, Applied Science, Arabic Language, Shareeah, Daawah).

The results indicated that the grand mean for the teaching performance was rated average (2.09, 70%). The study also revealed no significant differences in the means of responses of the sample in relation to the teaching performance of both male and female staff members in the following colleges (Education, Social Science, Applied Science, and Shareeah). However, Significant differences were shown in the other two colleges: (Arabic Language and Daawah). The study also revealed significant differences in the means of the responses of the sample in relation to teaching performance of the male staff members in different colleges. However no significant differences were shown in the means of the responses of the sample in relation to the teaching performance of female staff members due to differences among colleges.
