The Effect of Brain-Storming Method Through the Internet on Developing Thinking for Teaching Methods Students in College of Education

     The present study aims at investigating the effect of brain-storming method in developing thinking for teaching methods students. 96 randomly selected students were divided into three groups: group one used the normal brain-storming method, group two used brain-storming through internet, and group three did not use either.
     The normal or through internet brain-storming methods followed a module based on one study unit in Arabic-Language teaching method course in College of Education, King Abdulaziz University,  Madina Branch. This module was designed according to Learning Hierarchy in organizing content and learning activities. The application of the module was followed by an achievement test.
     Results showed a significant difference in the performance of group one in comparison with that of group three. However, group two was the best among the three groups of the study.
     The study came up with four recommendations for using the internet to develop thinking.
