Evaluating the Performance of Mathematics Teachers in the Primary Stage in Light of the Professional Standards for the Teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Goal of the Study: The current study aimed to diagnose the reality of the performance of mathematics teachers in the primary stage in light of the professional standards for teachers.
Study Methodology: The descriptive approach was used in this research.
Study Sample: A random sample of (30) elementary mathematics teachers was chosen.
Study Results: It was concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of mathematics teachers' performance according to years of experience in favor of mathematics teachers (6-10) years of teaching experience.
Terminology of the Study: The assessment of mathematics teacher's level of performance is defined as a systematic and structured process that includes making judgments about the performance of the mathematics teacher at the primary level.
Study Conclusion: The researcher recommends developing programs, strategies curriculum and methods of teaching mathematics in the colleges of education in light of the requirements for achieving professional standards for mathematics teachers.
