Students' Satisfaction of the Registration Operation Competency at Kuwait University.

     The study aims to identify students' satisfaction regarding the registration operation for the courses at Kuwait University. A field study was conducted to achieve this objective. A survey questionnaire consisting of two parts was used for this purpose. The first part relates to students' satisfaction of the registration process of required courses, it consisted of 12 items. The second part relates to students' satisfaction of the registration employee performance, it consisted of 8 items. The sample size consists of 444 randomly selected students.
     The results revealed that students' satisfaction was average to a certain degree. Specifically, the electronic registration system and information page for on line registration. Students satisfaction regarding the requirements and guidelines for the registration process was also average. The results also indicted that students' have below the average level of satisfaction of employees' competency during the registration period. The study recommends the university's administration should enhance the registration services at that the university, and importantly develop the  employees' competency level to serve students in a distinct way that will increase their satisfaction.
