Auther : Moza M. Aljabri - Dr. Majid S. Albusafi - Dr. Mahfoodha S. Alkitani -Dr. Ali S. Almamari

Introduction:
The great development witnessed in this era has led to increasing the indolence and decreasing the movement, which resulted in increasing the chance of spreading diabetes type 2. Diabetes develops due to the disturbance in the concentration of blood glucose which results from a defect in insulin production or increasing body resistance to insulin. This study aims to investigate the effect of the suggested aerobic training program on the level of HBA1c and on insulin resistance "IR". It further investigates its influence on Cholesterol, triglyceride "TG", LDL, HDL, BMI and fat mass.
Method:
The Study consisted of 10 women participants who suffer Diabetes type 2 and who do not take exercise frequently. Their ages ranged between 30 and 45 years. The researcher used the experimental approach - single group pre-post measure. The experiment was conducted over 12 weeks, 3 days per week. The level of fasting insulin, fasting Glucose,HBA1c, blood LIPIDS, BMI and fat mass were measured before and after the program. The pre- and post- measures were entered into SPSS to get the results.
Results:
1 - The program affected positively the level of "HBA1c", insulin resistance "IR", Cholesterol, "LDL", BMI and fat mass.
2 - The program did not affect the level of "HDL" and triglyceride.
