The Leadership Skills Levels of Graduated Students of Master of Education Program (The Unified Degree) at Kuwait University.

     The study aimed to identify the contribution of the Master of Education Program (The Unified Degree) on earning leadership skills (personal skills, technical skills, humanity, conceptual skills (cognitive), management skills) for graduated students. The study also examined the differences (if any) of the graduated students' responds according to gender, academic department, earning a PhD degree, work position, years of experience. To achieve the study objectives, the researchers applied a questionnaire consists of (60) items. The questionnaire administrated on the study sample of (24) for graduated students (about 25% of the study population). Descriptive statistics, T-test, and one way ANOVA were used. The findings indicated that the Master Program contributed significantly on to earning leadership skills for the graduated students. Furthermore, the findings showed that there were no statistical significant differences (?=0.05) of the role of the Master program on earning leadership skills to gender, academic department, earning a PhD degree, work position, years of experience. Finally, based on the findings, some recommendations were pointed out which might help stakeholders to improve and develop the Master program.
