Teachers Perspectives on The Extent of Educational Supervisors Attainment of Islamic Educational Skills in Kuwait's Secondary Schools

     This study aimed to identify the following :
1 - Educational supervision skills required for the educational supervisors for Islamic education at the secondary school in Kuwait.
2 - the extent to which the educational supervisors for Islamic education obtain the skills of educational supervision in the secondary school in Kuwait from the viewpoint of teachers.
3 - The difference in the estimates of members of the study sample for these skills depending on the variables of the study.
     The population of this study are teachers of Islamic education in secondary schools in Kuwait, with a total of 132 schools at the state level. The study sample was selected according to three high schools for male teachers and three other for female teachers from the six districts in Kuwait, bringing the total schools in the study sample to thirty-six High School and thus constituting 27% of the total number of secondary schools in Kuwait. A questionair was distributed to 200 teachers, including 105 male teachers and 95 female teacher. This study used the descriptive method of analysis, and taken the questionnaire as a tool to gather information.
     The main results of the study revealed that teachers believe that educational supervisors for the Islamic education obtain the skills of educational supervision with low to medium degree, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the members of the study sample estimates of the degree of possession of the educational supervisors to oversee the educational skills due to the variables of the three axes of the Study.
