The Utilization of Kuwait's Public Schools Principals of Knowledge Managment Skills and Decision Making Techniques

This study aimed to evaluate the use of schools` principals in the State of Kuwait to the knowledge management skills , decision-making techniques, and the relationship between them from the perspective of assistant principals. The study sample consisted of (149) males and (171) females. The researcher applied the descriptive method approach by using two instruments; the first relates to knowledge management skills, and the second relates to decision-making techniques. The results showed that the schools` principals have a good applications with the knowledge management skills, decision-making techniques is located in the medium level from the perspective of assistant principals. In addition, the relationship between knowledge management skills and decision-making techniques is statistically significant. The study was concluded with some important recommendations and suggestions.
