Relationship Between Woman Education, Religiosity, and Economic Growth : A Case Study of Women Employees Associated with the Government and Private Sectors in Kuwait

     The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between religion, women education rates and women employment rates, explored in relation to economic development. In this framework, the study tackles the interaction between female education, female labour, and religiosity, especially for achieving economic development. An extensive review of literature was conducted, and also there was a statistical analysis of the status of female education, employment, and religion from the perspective of economic development and productivity. The study reveals an instrumental role of religiosity in educational enrollment and intake, employment and participation in economic development. The study ends on a questionnaire study that reflects on the theoretical study and the status of women education and employment in Kuwait. Conclusions and recommendations are appended.
