Demographic Characteristics of the Kuwaiti Working Women in the Period from 1985 to 2005 (An Analytical Study in the Geography of the Population)

     The research analyzes the most important geographical features of social and economic concerns of working women during the twenty years from 1985 census to the 2005 census. In addition, a snapshot of the evolution of the participation of Kuwaiti women in the Kuwaiti job market since the first census of Kuwait in 1957 has been used in the statistical analysis method, which relies on the extraction ratios and rates. Excel is also used to draw graphics and designs of the statistical tables.

     Through talking points, we find that Kuwaiti women are still in dire need to promote awareness and material and moral incentives to increase participation rates in the Kuwaiti job market, in addition to developing solutions and plans for the future so that the economic structure and reform how great imbalances in the distribution rates between the sections and groups of professions of various economic activities, and the attempt to encourage Kuwaiti women to work to engage the private sector in action.
