Measure the Effectiveness of Library Information Services inthe College of Basic Education: From the Viewpoint of the Faculty Staff

     This research is targeted to study the users needs for the information services at the college of basic education libraries (CBEL), where most users suffer from the poor quality services provided to them by the CBEL and the absence of others, thus effecting the flow of information and support to research programs.
     The research also shows by analysis and description the level of satisfaction of the teaching staff through a hypothesis that assumes that the teaching staff members are unsatisfied by the information services.  Hence, pointing out the obstacles that stand in the way of improving these services that as rising the standard of the workers there. 

     The following tools have been used by this study to obtain the required data and information to reach the goal of this study:

-literature reviews of the topic both local and international.

-designing a questionnaire for the field study on the users of services to specify the categories and numbers.

-identify the level of satisfaction towards to libraries, its capabilities and systems.

identify the services provided and arrange them by importance to the users.

-Display results of the field study and teaching staff suggestions.

-laying down recommendations and advices for development.
