A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGEMENT SCIENCE TEACHING METHODS AND STUDENT PERFORMANCE LEVEL. AN APPLIED STUDY

The Teaching Methods in the Field of Management Science are considered to direct impact is the performance of students and they determine the effectiveness of graduates. This study measures the impact of each method and the student performance. The sample used in this study includes all students who entered the college in 1986 until their graduation. The courses included are 67 courses offered by this college. A questionnaire was distributed to all staff members in the college, in addition to students records were obtained from Administration of Record Deanship. Statistical methods have been used to analyze the data and to test the hypothesis.

The study is organized in three sections in addition to the introduction. The study emphasized the relationship between the teaching methods as independent variables and students performance as a dependent variable. It also proved a large dependence on the lecture method and rareness of case study and other methods plus different results. Finally the study provided some recommendations.
