Flagrant violation of International Human Laws in Kuwait Under Iraqi Occupation

           This study deals with the basic human principles in the third and fourth Geneva Agreements and the 1977 Protocol Which were blatantly violated by the Iraqi forces during their seven-month occupation of Kuwait.  Documented examples of these violations are given in the study with eye-witness reports and full descriptions of the acts of torture inflicted on Kuwaiti men , women and children.

          This study is divided into four parts:

          Part-1- : deals with the general principles of protecting civilians during times of miltiary operations,  especially the protection of the wounded and the sick, the medical facilities and their personel, and the protection of the family as a unit.

         Part-2- : Protection of women and children in the Human International law.

         Part-3- : The protection of civilian establishments and facilities as shown in the Human International Law. 

         Part-4- : The flagrant violations of the protection that should be provided to prisoners of war.
