WORK AHOLISM: ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH BEHAVIORAL VARIABLES AND HEALTH COMPLAINTS AMONG LEADERSHIP POSITIONS OCCUPANTS OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR IN KUWAIT

         This study examined workaholism among a sample of 137 leadership position occupants (secretaries & undersecretaries) in the public sector in Kuwait with respect to job stress, perfectionism, non-delegation, self-esteem and health complaints. Results showed that it’s not true that workaholism is not limited to Japanese, Europeans or American managers.

         Recommendations and suggestions for future research are discussed.
