EVALUATION OF CONSUMER SATISFACTION AND PREFERENCE OF COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES IN THE STATE OF KUWAIT
Auther : By: Dr. Sayed Abdo Naji
There are thirty-four cooperative societies all over the State of Kuwait, each one of which serves a geographical or a regional area. Their work is supervised by the Kuwait Union of Cooperative Societies. The State subsidizes the activities of those societies to enable them to render their services to the public at suitable costs. This study takes the form of free building sites of subsidized goods. This has enabled the cooperative societies to develop their marketing activities, widen the range of services rendered, achieve the aims of their shareholders and evaluate the satisfaction of consumers.
The paper also deals with the attitudes of consumers, their incentive and preferences of cooperative societies and how these factors vary according to consumer types. The aims are to give help to the management of the cooperative societies in drawing their marketing policies and plans.
