International Relations in Islamic Fiqh

I have split the book into a preface, four chapters and the epilogue. In the preface I talked about the importance of the theme of international relations, reason of its selection, study plan and its methodology. The first chapter: I specified it to the meaning of international relations in Islamic Fiqh and international law. It consists of six captions in which I explained the meaning of international relations in Islamic Fiqh and international law, mentioning the most important differences between the two. I mentioned clearly the basics of Muslims’ relations with others, I gave an example of modern international relations according to Islam, finishing the chapter by telling rules of political and diplomatic representation. The second chapter: I specified it in telling how Islam considers lands and their rulings. It consists of six captions in which I clarified definitions of the land of Islam and land of Kufr, the standard of recognizing each one of them, mentioned the rules of both lands, topic of infidels occupying land of Islam. The effect of human laws in defining a land, I finished the chapter by mentioning the sovereignty of the Islamic State over non-Muslims in the Land of Islam, I mentioned rules of Ahl Dhimmeh and the Musta’mens (non-Muslims living with a contract under Islamic Rule or non-Muslims under short term protection of Muslims) and the appliance of Islamic Rules on them, this had sixteen issues. The third chapter: I specified it in the war relations in Islam and human law, it has three captions. The first caption: in Jihad and its rules, it consists of eleven captions, meaning of Jihad in Arabic language and Islamic Law, phases of its legislation, the rule of Jihad, stance of some contemporary authors on expanding Jihad, when Jihad is a must, ranks of Jihad, the purpose of its legislation, its rules and standards, its manners, legitimacy of fighting infidels and their shooting when they take Muslims as human shields, the rule of use of weapons of mass destruction (chemical and biological) and its standards in Islam and human Law. The second caption: was specified in commando actions and its rule in Islam, it was separated in two studies. The third caption: the rules of espionage, it had eight studies, I mentioned the definition of espionage and its rule in Islamic Fiqh and Human Law, the punishment of a Muslim spy, punishment of a Dhimmi spy, punishment of a Musta’men spy and the punishment of a war spy. The fourth chapter: the end of war in Islam and Human Law and its effects, it consists of five captions, the end of war by the enemy accepting Islam, end of war by a treaty, by conciliation, by liberation, end of war by leaving the fight, the end of war in International Law. All of this through a thorough study. The epilogue; has the most important results of the study. The end of the study has an index. Index of Quranic verses, of Hadith, index of references and index of topics
