Auther : Abdallah el-Nadir
The phenomenon of communication came into being during the time humans began exercising the act of communication. This concept kept evolving throughout history due to the development of its means. Man began communicating through the use of signs, gestures, and symbols. Afterwards, the invention of the printing press marked the turning point in the transformation from personal, traditional communication to mass communication.
The paper attempts to mention the relationship between epistemology and ICT. The beginning of the paper describes the components of the media phenomenon that are characterized by overlap and complexity.
