The Position of the Judiciary in Al-Medina during the Mamluk Era (648-923H/1250-1517AD) (in Arabic)

This research aims to study the organization of the judiciary in Al-Medina during the Mamluk era (648-923H/ 1250-1517 AD), which was at the forefront of religious administrative functions in Al-Medina. The study dealt, in detail, with the regulations associated with the judiciary in terms of: inauguration ceremonies, the tasks entrusted to the judge, his bench, salaries and allownaces, supporting functions of the job, the uniforms of the judiciary, and the system of trials and proceedings.
The study also discusses the judiciary in accordance with the Sunni and Shiite sects during that era. Then, the research studies the most prominent judges in the city. Finally, a conclusion is provided showing the top results, followed by sources and references used.
