An Introduction to Applying Pragmatics on Reading Ancient Corpus (in Arabic)

This study paves the way for some contemporary pragmatics and methodological theoretical basics. It applies them to a traditional rhetoric corpus, based on samples of explanations contained in Suruh al Talkhis of al Khateeb al Khazweeni.

This study tries also to give a holistic vision of pragmatic modern theories from argumentation and integrated pragmatics with a return to various modern approaches of western linguistic philosophers and linguistics.
