Power Heritage: The Roots, The Movement, The Balance (in Arabic)

This study aims at pressing the phenomenon of cultural power growth as configured thoughtout history, considering it as a constant deep-rooted process, which belongs to all societies and nations.
Conclusion:
1. The state rank in the word power hierarchy depends on its whole frame of physical and human capabilities and potentialities.
2. What is distributed by nature, has been recollected by man, i.e. the power heritage which should be treated as the basis for establishing power.
3. The recent hierarchy composition of power is not stable or ultimate but it is still possible for any state to find its way towards attaining power.
