Auther : Jawdat A. Sa'adeh, Gazi J. Khalifeh, Qasim H. Badr

The purpose of this study is to answer the following questions:

  1. Are there statistically significant differences (OC=0.05) between male and female students acquisition of the means of using cardinal and secondary direction skills in everyday life, due to their grade levels?
  2. Is there any statistically significant differences (OC=0.05) between males acquisition of the means of using cardinal and secondary direction skills in everyday life, and females acquisition of the means of the same skills in their different grade levels?
  3. Is there any statistically significant effect (OC=0.05) of the interaction between student’s grade level and sex on his/her acquisition of using cardinal and secondary direction skills in everyday life?

According to the above-mentioned results, the researchers recommend that (a) entry units about direction skills should be designed for every grade level, (b) teachers should be increased, and (d) more studies should be conducted, especially those which would investigate the effect of teacher’s sex, experience and qualification, on students acquisition of the direction skills.
