This study is an attempt to investigate the levels of a number of organizational variables (leadership considerations, trust in leadership, and organizational justice) in public organizations in Kuwait. It also aims to investigate the nature of relationship among a set of organizational and demographic variables (sex, level of education, length of service, leadership considerations, trust in leadership, and organizational justice) in the above mentioned environment. The most important results of this study are as follows: Male workers acknowledge that their leadership has little consideration for them. Furthermore, workers also have little trust in leadership in comparison with female colleagues. Male workers show a declined belief in the level of organizational justice in comparison with female colleagues. There is an inverse relation between the level of education, length of service and the individuals feeling of organizational justice. The workers trust in their leadership and leadership considerations play a major role in building up their feelings of organizational justice.
