A Stepwise regression analysis, a discriminant-analysis, and a stepwise discriminant-analysis were used in order to determine factor(s) that distinguish successful Kuwait small business women’s firms. Thirteen factors were utilized for analysis (experience, years of experience, women’s level of education, husband level of education, the size of the firm, father’s job, number of partners, age of the firm, age of women, number of children, social status, managerial style, and marital status). The Final results show that, only two factors could predict the sales of these firms and only five factors (father’s job, marital status, managerial style, years of experience, and age of the firms) were able to distinguish successful from unsuccessful firms. The model correctly predicts 87% of the cases and explains 61.6 percent of the variance of contributing factors.
