The Impact Personal and Job Characteristics on Work Values and Job Satisfaction: An Empirical Study at United Arab Emirates

The main objective of this study is to investigate the potential impacts of personal and job characteristics on work value. The study also investigates the correlation between work values and job satisfaction. A comprehensive literature review was done to highlight the major internal and external variables that might affect both work values and job satisfaction. A random sample of 587 was drawn both various organizations. The results are discussed and some future research ideas are proposed.
