Relationship between Monitoring Methods and Employees’ Perception of Organizational Justice: An Analytical Study
Auther : Adel M. Zayed
Although the study of the Methods of Monitoring has increased markedly in the past few years, little work has focused on the relationship between the methods of monitoring and organizational justice. This study examined the relationship between monitoring methods and perceptions of organizational justice in a sample drawn from two organizations. Results indicated that the methods of monitoring can affect employees’ perception of both procedural an interactional justice. Conversely, the methods of monitoring failed to influence distributive justice. Implications for the relationship between monitoring methods and employees’ perceptions of organizational justice are discussed.
