Relationship between Satisfaction with Internal, External Equity and Pay Level and Organizational Commitment and Job Performance: An Empirical Study

This study aims to examine the effect of satisfaction with internal, external equity and pay level on organizational commitment and job performance using a sample of 567 employees in government and business organizations in the United Arab Emirates. The results indicate that satisfaction with external equity and pay level affect significantly organizational commitment. The results also indicate that satisfaction with internal and external equity affects significantly job performance.
