Measurement of Managers Perception to the Relationship between Loyalty and Creativity on the Government Job in Kuwait

This study examines the perception of the relationship between loyalty and creativity on the job. A set of six organizational elements one employed to examine the context of loyalty in government organization. These elements include; Selection, Promotion by exception, Training, Delegation, Sick leave and Permissions, Moving-up Promotion. The study attempts to answer the question: To what extent can employees with personal/ organizational loyalty act creatively in the jobs? The scope of study includes the middle managers in Kuwait government sector, a questionnaire of seven multiple options questions used to explore the relationship between the loyalty and creativity. A set of statistical tests such as chi-squeare, Mann-Whiteny and Krusical-Wallis applied to examine the hypothesized relationships. The outcomes of this study provide insight of defining the loyalty’s imperatives in the government sector, and its impact on managers creativity.
