The Effect of Workplace Ostracism and Distributive Justice as Mediating Variables in the Relationship between Narcissism Leadership and Workplace Deviance (in Arabic)

Aim of the Paper: This study interested with determining the direct effect and indirect effects of narcissism leadership on workplace deviance by examining workplace ostracism and distributive justice as mediating variables. Study Design: A questionnaire was used to collect the data. Ordinary Least Square and Sobel test were used to analyze the relationships among variables. Sample and Data: The data were collected from a random sample of (291) respondents,who working in the Egyptian Fertilizers Company. Results: The results showed that both workplace ostracism and distributive justice fully mediated the positive relationship between narcissism leadership and workplace deviance. Conclusion: The study extends knowledge about the relationship between narcissism leadership and workplace deviance. Hence, it sheds some light on and generates further interest in the impact of narcissism leadership on workplace environments.
