A Proposed Model for Antecedents and Consequences of Employee's Green Behavior: An Empirical Study in Saudi Industrial Investment Companies (in Arabic)

Aim of the Paper: This study aims to present a proposed model for the antecedents and consequences of employee's green behavior alongside its mediating role, and the moderating role of green psychological climate between the employee's green behavior and its antecedents.
Study Design: A quantitative methodology involving multiple and step-wise regression analysis was employed.
Sample and Data: The data was collected from a sample of (376) employees from industrial investment Saudi companies listed in (Tadawul).
Results: Green human resource management practices, environmentally specific transformational leadership, and environmental knowledge and awareness have a significant positive effect on both employees's green behavior and environmental performance. Employees's green behavior partially mediated the relationship between some independent variables and environmental performance.
Conclusion: Employees's green behavior has a positive impact on companies' environmental performance in the industrial investment sector in KSA.
