Intellectual Capital and Its Impact on Organizational Ambidexterity: An Empirical Study on the Industrial Companies at 10th of Ramadan City in Egypt (in Arabic)

This research paper aims to test to what extent does intellectual capital of managers impact the organizational ambidexterity at different industrial companies in the 10th of Ramadan City in Egypt. In addition, it identifies the relationship between the dimensions of the intellectual capital and the two dimensions of the Organizational Ambidexterity. Primary data was collected based on a questionnaire collected from a sample consisting of 306 managers, among them was 197 valid surveys with a response rate of 64.4%. The research results indicated that there are significant differences among managers at these companies in intellectual capital and organizational ambidexterity based on the company's activity. It was also revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of intellectual capital and organizational ambidexterity.
