The aim of this study is to identify the most important factors affecting the training transfer to the job. The researcher investigated the impact of some variables on the training transfer, including motivation, manager support, peers support, and job design in terms of skills variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, and feedback. A questionnaire was distributed on (200) training officers on Saudi Arabia. On the one hand, the results indicated that the skills diversity have positive impact on enhancing trainees motivation and the training transfer. On the other hand, the skills diversity had negative impact on the support that was provided by the managers. The task identity and autonomy had positive impact on the manager support. Meanwhile, the peer support played a prominent impact in that process.
